michael and stacy…married

October 26, 2010

I have a special little place in my heart for this family. Long before I met Stacy and Michael, I photographed Stacy’s sister, brother-in-law, and sweet baby. These are people who are impossible not to fall in love with. Two years later, Stacy and Michael contacted me about their wedding, and after their wedding, I feel the same way about them. So beautiful, so classy, and so much fun. I loved everything about their day.

Stacy’s sister, Andrea, was the only one in the room helping her get ready…it was so sweet and beautiful.

Travis is always at the right angle catching the right moment.  Love this image of Andrea and Stacy.

Wow.  STUNNING.

Michael looking so handsome.

Again, Travis was in the perfect spot in the perfect moment.  These are some of my favorite images and were taken seconds after the image I took above.

I’m convinced Stacy took applications to find the most beautiful girls for her bridal party.

Moving on to the reception…

I’m guessing I was hollering “Gorgeous!”  “So beautiful!!”  “You are freaking amazing!!!”  at this moment.  Stacy, you are stunning.

You all see why I love them?

When I met these two at their engagement shoot, I knew I could expect an incredibly amazing wedding day. And of course, they did deliver.  Over the top.  I mean really…fedora hats and parasols?  Horse drawn carriage? A gorgeous dress with an even more gorgeous bride inside of it?  A handsome groom with a killer personality?  Some of of the most beautiful locations in Michigan?  And on top of it all, they have the sweetest love for one another and I was thrilled beyond words to be apart of their day

Um, yes, I am absolutely in love with Ann Marie in this image.

While I was upstairs with the girls, Laurel was hanging out with the guys downstairs.

I know.  Awesome.  Suave and smooth…I loved these guys!

While I was taking the above picture, Laurel captured one of my very favorite detail shots of the day.

Aaaaaaaand, now it’s time to party!

A little photo booth action going on throughout the evening…

Last, just thought I would let you in on the awesomeness that was behind the cameras.  I should be embarrassed, but I think I am lacking the shame gene.

blah blah blah

If Kesha can get away with that title for a song, I can use it for a blog post (it’s an easy fall back when you can’t think of anything else for a title). Not much to say around here except that I TOTALLY ADORE THIS FAMILY…
